TANDEM offers company bike rentals to companies subscribed to their service. The webapp, made available to employees, serves as a bike rental management tool for employees and company fleet managers.

For their webapp's new version, Tandem needed a global glow-up both in terms of architecture and graphic design.

The focus was on finding a balance between the company's expressive, immersive branding and a user-centric, functional application.

The applications’ structure and relations between various pages and actions were challenges for an easier navigation.

New functionalities were suggested and added for fleet managers, allowing the management of new orders, of ongoing subscriptions, of users and of delivery sites.

Employee dashboard was gamified with individual scores, rankings  and KPIs within their respective physical offices.

From bike rental to subscription management, maintenance monitoring, performances, end of contract and purchase, the new webapp offers a complete interface both for users and fleet managers.
